Install up to 5 customer-supplied bathroom accessories — towel bars, towel rings, toilet paper holders, robe hooks, hand-towel holders — level and anchored into studs or with rated drywall/tile anchors, including removal of old hardware and hole patching where old holes are covered by new hardware. NOT included: the accessories, patching and painting of exposed old holes, grab bars (separate load-rated SKU), or glass shelves into tile (quoted on site).

Replace an existing bathroom exhaust fan with a new same-size or same-housing-compatible unit (standard 80-110 CFM quiet fan included, or install your supplied unit), reconnect to the existing duct and switched circuit, seal the housing, and verify airflow. Attic access or ceiling-side access required. NOT included: first-time installs with no existing fan, new duct runs or roof/wall cap work, larger cutouts requiring drywall patch and paint, humidity-sensing switch wiring beyond a direct swap, or heater/light combo units on multi-switch circuits (quoted on site).

Replace existing bathroom exhaust fan with a customer-supplied unit of the same housing footprint, reusing the existing duct connection, switch leg, and ceiling opening. Includes housing swap or motor/grille insert, duct reconnection at the unit, wiring, and airflow test. Assumes existing duct is connected and serviceable and attic or below-ceiling access to the housing. Excludes ceiling enlargement/patch for larger housings, new duct runs or roof caps, and humidity-sensor switch wiring (separate device task).

Hang a customer-supplied framed mirror or standard frameless mirror (up to 36x48) over a vanity, level and centered, using rated anchors or J-channel clips appropriate to the mirror weight, including removal of an existing mirror. NOT included: the mirror, glue-mounted plate mirror removal (risk of wall damage — quoted on site), lighted/smart mirrors needing electrical, or wall repair and paint.

An in-home consult covering layout options, plumbing constraints, and finish selections for one bathroom. Includes a written scope summary with a budget range you can plan against.

Remove existing vanity, set and secure customer-supplied vanity cabinet and top, connect drain and supply lines to existing standard plumbing in the same location, install customer-supplied faucet if on site, and leak-test. NOT included: plumbing relocation, wall repair or paint behind the old unit, countertop fabrication, disposal of the new unit's packaging beyond bagging, or vanities over 60 inches (book a visit for those).

Install a customer-supplied recessed medicine cabinet into an existing recessed opening, or cut a new opening in a non-load-bearing interior stud bay: locate studs and scan for utilities, cut drywall, frame the opening with header/sill blocking, set and shim the cabinet, and trim the edges. Price holds only if the stud bay is clear of wiring, plumbing, and ducts — if we open the wall and find utilities, we install surface-mount style or reschedule with a quote, your choice. NOT included: the cabinet, utility relocation, exterior or load-bearing walls, or paint.

Remove existing mirror or cabinet and install a customer-supplied surface-mount medicine cabinet, anchored level into studs or with rated anchors, doors adjusted. NOT included: the cabinet, lighted cabinets requiring new electrical, recessed conversions (separate SKU), wall repair behind the old unit beyond what the new cabinet covers, or mirror disposal beyond your bin.

Install a customer-supplied framed or semi-frameless sliding or pivot shower door kit on an existing tub or shower opening: measure, cut tracks, drill tile, set panels plumb, seal, and adjust. Confirm your opening size matches the kit before booking. NOT included: the door kit, heavy frameless glass requiring two-person glazing crews, out-of-square openings needing custom glass, old-door haul-away beyond your bin, or tile repair.

Install ADA-rated grab bars (customer-supplied or our standard stainless stock) anchored into studs where available or with rated hollow-wall/tile anchors, including tile drilling with proper bits, torque-tested to rated load. Price is per bar; book the total count. NOT included: opening walls to add blocking, fiberglass surround reinforcement panels, or fold-down shower seats (variable scope — book a visit).
