What interior design covers here
Interior design for Denver-metro homes and light commercial spaces typically includes space planning, finish selection, fixture and furnishing direction, and coordination documents that construction teams can build from. Projects often span kitchens, baths, basements, living areas, and office tenant interiors. A municipally licensed Denver general contractor coordinates construction that follows design intent and brings in licensed specialty trades when plumbing, electrical, or mechanical work is required. Cost is project-specific and depends on scope, finish level, and whether construction is included.

What buyers should lock early
Priorities for layout, storage, lighting, and durability; must-keep items; and whether the project is design-only or design through construction. Finish lead times and appliance models should be decided before ordering long-lead cabinetry or millwork.
FAQ
Common questions
How much does Whole-Home Renovation Design Consultation cost in Ken Caryl?
$350.
How do I book?
Press Book next to the job, pick a date and a morning (8–12) or afternoon (12–4) window, and pay in full. We confirm within 24 hours or refund you in full.
Who handles permits and licensing when design becomes a remodel?
A municipally licensed Denver general contractor coordinates the project and the licensed specialty trades required for regulated work. Colorado has no statewide general contractor license.
Can design and construction be under one team?
Yes. Design-build coordination keeps finish decisions aligned with rough-in, inspections, and schedule. Confirm who holds each contract and who pulls permits.
What should be decided before ordering finishes?
Final layout, appliance models, lighting plan, and primary finish materials. Late changes after orders often extend lead times.
What information helps define an accurate interior design scope?
Photos or plans, rooms in scope, must-keep items, functional priorities, and whether construction permitting will be needed in your city or county.
