Refinish one wood or fiberglass entry door in place: sand/strip failed finish, condition, apply stain (or exterior enamel) plus exterior-rated topcoats. TWO-VISIT job — coats require overnight dry between visits; duration shown is total on-site minutes across visits. Stain/paint and topcoat included. Excludes sidelites and transoms (add-on quoted on site), door removal to a shop, severe UV-rot or veneer failure (replacement recommended instead), and hardware replacement.

Replace an existing opener with a customer-supplied smart unit on a standard sectional door, including rail assembly, safety-eye alignment, and app pairing. New wiring or spring work is quoted separately.

Remove an existing interior door and install a customer-supplied prehung unit in the same rough opening, including shimming, hardware, and casing reinstall. Out-of-square openings needing reframing are quoted on site.

Replace one interior door slab in an existing square jamb: mortise hinges, bore lockset (if slab is unbored), hang, and adjust for even reveal. Customer supplies the slab and hardware. Excludes the slab and lockset material, jamb replacement, out-of-square openings requiring rework (converted to plane/adjust pricing on site), and painting/staining.

Repair one dragging or derailed pocket door: remove door (including split-jamb/trim removal and reinstall where required), replace rollers, adjust track alignment and guides, and rehang. Standard replacement rollers included. Excludes full track replacement requiring wall opening (quoted on site as drywall work), new door slab, and hardware upgrades.

Installation of one customer-supplied storm door (standard 32 in or 36 in) on an existing square entry frame: hinge-rail fitting, closer and wind chain, handle/latch set, sweep adjustment, and removal of an old storm door with haul-away of the door only. Excludes door purchase, entry doors, out-of-square or rotted frames requiring trim/jamb repair (quoted separately), and custom-size openings.

Fix rubbing/sticking interior doors: plane or belt-sand edges, shim or reset hinges, adjust strike plates, and seal raw planed edges. The per-door rate applies to each door serviced. Duration shown is typical for 2-3 doors; add ~35 min per additional door. Excludes slab or jamb replacement, exterior doors with foundation-movement issues, and repainting planed edges.
