We document what actually exists before we promise anything.
What Happens
We walk the property with you — measuring, photographing, and documenting existing conditions, utilities, and structure. You tell us how you use the space today and what isn’t working. Everything we design later traces back to what we record in this phase.

Walk the site with us and share how you actually use the space — wish lists, pain points, and any existing plans or surveys you have.
Common Questions
Do I need to be there for the site survey?
We strongly prefer it. The measurements are ours to take, but how you live or work in the space is something only you can tell us.
What do you document?
Existing conditions, structure, utilities, access, and constraints — photographed, measured, and mapped so design decisions rest on fact, not assumption.
